I started !

I received my CLoud 9 natural today! It is beautiful, and soooo thin! I started in size 8 needles, but after doing 1/2 of chart A, decided it is way too loose. So tomorrow, I will try size 7... What does "frogging", "going to the frog pond" ... means ??

Frogging means taking out what you have knitted, either one stitch at a time or ripping it all out, that is where the term frogging came from....rippit rippit

To me, frogging is when you pull out the needles and rippit back to the beginning - I call taking it out one stitch at a time "tink" ing (tink being knit spelled backwards).

Zabelle, it will tighten up a little when you wash it as the natural comes straight from the mill. However, a size 7 should be fine.

Rippit rippit ... of course ! I love it!!
Well, I was about to frog it again as I find size 7 still too undefined (I do knit VERY loose), but after your comment Margaret, I am hesitating. I will decide tonight.

I am using Cloud 9 and doing it on an 8. It looks ok and I am not a tight knitter. Remember, it IS lace!
